Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within one to two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after a successful purchase is completed. All orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within five to eight business days depending on the destination. After your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. Penaril is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

At Penaril, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within ninety days from the original purchase date. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team by phone or email to receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product once the returned item is received and reviewed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution after the return has been approved.
